In the second part of the show (7:30 – 8PM), Adrien will air a pre-recorded interview with Brian P. Schmidt, 2011 Nobel Prize Winner in Physics (and part Alaskan – graduate of Bartlett High School in Anchorage) for providing evidence that the expansion of the universe is accelerating. Governor Sean Parnell has named former Juneau resident Dianne Blumer Alaska's new Labor Commissioner. She replaces Click Bishop, who resigned in March and recently signaled his intention to run for state Senate representing Fairbanks. more
