Blumer appointed new Labor Commissioner
Governor Sean Parnell has named former Juneau resident Dianne Blumer Alaska's new Labor Commissioner. She replaces Click Bishop, who resigned in March and recently signaled his intention to run for state Senate representing Fairbanks. more
